We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company’s brand, managing internal and external communications, and driving growth through targeted marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the technology industry, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support eimagine’s business goals.  Are you ready to eimagine better and partner with our clients to create business value through IT solutions?

This position is located in our Indianapolis, IN office.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with eimagine’s business objectives and growth targets.
• Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including managing website content, social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Leading the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations to effectively communicate the value of eimagine’s services.
• Collaborating with sales and business development teams to create lead generation and nurturing campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
• Manage and optimize the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments to ensure that eimagine remains competitive in the marketplace.

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated expertise in the technology sector, particularly in IT and business consulting or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and content management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.).
• Proficient in project leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset and a drive for achieving results with urgency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
