Description of Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Project Review Team (EPR) to assess and monitor the health of Enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with documented delivery standards.
  • Participate in regular reviews of ongoing projects with the eimagine Trust Advantage (eTA) and EPR teams, providing insights and feedback to monitor compliance with project delivery standards.
  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns to eTA and EPR leadership as needed to maintain project integrity and performance.
  • Provide detailed evaluations of projects utilizing pre-set metrics, standards, and checklists to assess project performance; identify and communicate gaps between current outcomes and desired objectives for continuous improvement.
  • Enter and maintain project health data within reporting systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date project status visibility.
  • Assist in the development/creation of initiatives to continuously enhance the EPR and eTA processes.
  • As time and opportunity allows, support a project’s primary project manager in day-to-day activities associated with specific small to large projects.
  • Document project requirements and milestones.
  • Collect and distribute meeting minute notes to appropriate parties.
  • Assist in distribution of workload to resources on assigned project(s).
  • Monitor project milestones at a task level using Microsoft DevOps and/or Atlassian JIRA.
  • Prepare project status reports as requested by primary Project Manager.
  • Present information to client contacts through written communication and/or verbal presentations as needed.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed.
  • Document project lessons learned within eimagine’s knowledge repository throughout the project’s lifecyle. Actively contribute to ongoing team improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in standard scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Demonstration, Sprint Retrospective).
  • Work with the Primary Project Manager to ensure project Billing Milestones are billed as appropriate.
  • Document internal metrics: Estimate to Actuals, Sprint Dates, Open Issues/Risk, etc.
  • Adhere to eimagine project management methodology throughout project execution including all prescribed meetings, artifact, and KPI measures.
  • Facilitate daily standup meetings and team meetings as needed. 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations.
  • Desire to assist and lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft DevOps, Visio, Microsoft Project and SharePoint preferred.
  • Ability to self-manage and manage to the completion of project deliverables.
  • Accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
  • Desire to learn Agile Methodology.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Active certification through PMI preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, organizational leadership or business administration required.
