Due to our growth, we are seeking a SharePoint Analyst who will be responsible for develop, support, and maintain SharePoint applications for clients of eimagine. Description of Duties

  • Lead and/or participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements as well as complete sprint planning for the respective solution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories as needed.
  • Creating, reviewing, and finalizing extensive functional and technical documentation within designated platform in collaboration with respective team.
  • Assist in the creation of project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation as needed.
  • Ability to provide platform specific demonstrations for clients.
  • Front end development - SharePoint administration and configuration involving page layout/design, page updates
  • Lead migrations and modernizations to SharePoint Online.
  • Implement forms and workflows using PowerApps and Flow.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge and experience utilizing ShareGate or other 3rd party migration tools for SharePoint migrations preferred.
  • Basic experience building solutions using technologies such as PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (Flow) preferred.
  • Ability to provide SharePoint support to end users.
  • Experience in supporting SharePoint 365 Online modern sites, which includes site collections, web parts, lists, workflows, security groups and customizations.
  • Experience configuring document library and list views and identifying, creating, and managing metadata.
  • Experience with Modern Sites preferred.
  • Experience training end users on SharePoint features and functionality.
  • Experience configuring views.
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices in SharePoint.
  • Knowledge in SharePoint Designer Workflows and InfoPath preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile and System Development Life Cycle.
  • Team player with ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance within the federal government sector

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required.
