Due to our growth, we are seeking an Associate Technical Services Engineer who will be responsible for configuring, deploying and supporting technologies used by eimagine and our clients.  In addition to sharing our enthusiasm for team collaboration (we promise our secret handshake isn’t hard to learn), you have an unmatched passion for using technology to solve problems and fulfill business outcomes.

 

Description of Duties:

  • Provide direct support in person and remotely (phone, email, and Teams) to eimagine employees and related users in the use of eimagine devices and software. 
  • Assist in maintaining, upgrading, and migration of infrastructure hosted services. 
  • Assist in provisioning of environments and end-user equipment.  
  • Track and report weekly on KPIs relevant to current projects.  
  • Report on overall system support findings (downtime, outages, patching results.) 
  • Support patching, backup, and disaster recovery procedures of services as directed.  
  • Support environment monitoring and alerting for internal and external facing projects as directed. 
  • Support Active Directory object management as directed.  
  • Responsible for all personal related time entry, security, and training compliance for assigned projects.  

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience with PC/Server Networking, disaster recovery fundamentals, end-user computing support (password resets, provisioning, etc.), security patching, and Active Directory.
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS.
  • 1+ years of experience with ticket based IT Service Management.
  • At least one current/active and relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Citrix).
  • Must be within driving distance to eimagine HQ (Indianapolis) to support on-site needs within 1 hour.
  • Must be able to be at eimagine HQ at least one day per week.
  • Proven ability to be able to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Proven ability to self-manage multiple project tasks/duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to assist in patching and urgent support that occur outside business hours.
  • Seeks professional growth through approved training and/or certifications. 

Education

  • Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required
