Due to our growth, we are seeking a Resource Manager to manage existing and pipeline resource needs in order to forecast eimagine’s implementation delivery staff. This individual will collaborate across solution teams and work closely with Recruiting and Sales. Description of Duties:

 

  • Manage allocation of workload to resources on projects.
  • Monitor and track capacity levels of all resources across eimagine and make recommendations for hiring, training, and/or client transitions that support the execution of booked work. Create and distribute resource reporting detailing forecasted pipeline and booked work (30, 60, 90 days out).
  • Manage assignment of resources for internal initiatives, sales support, resource requests, staff augmentation and projects.
  • Complete resource utilization analysis to inform hiring decisions and mitigate resource bench time.
  • Collaboratively work with PMO, Sales, Recruiting, and Client Solutions to identify and manage resource needs.
  • Monitor, assign and provide notification when assigning team members to the Bench.
  • Develop and schedule onboarding (Engagement Plan) for new Hires including setup in Harvest and Forecast.
  • Lead monthly Resource Allocation meetings led by PMO (as needed).
  • Address resourcing related escalations such as free cycles and over-allocation.
  • Engage in process improvement efforts as it relates to resource allocation and management.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly time entry compliance.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in resource management is preferred.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience generating detailed reports.
  • Experience with resource tracking tools is desired.
  • Experience with OpenAir is preferred but not required.
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
  • Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent education / experience is required.
