We are seeking a talented Genesys Cloud Training Consultant who can create and provide training curriculum Genesys Cloud/Pure Connect implementation. Responsibilities:

• Participate in and/or lead the design, development, update and deployment of training curriculum and materials for new and existing products including course syllabus, agenda, manuals, tip sheets, evaluations, and other training deliverables and tools
• Build, test, and update training materials for assigned functionality and work units
• Plan and conduct Demos and Lectures
• Measure and report on training completion
• Coach State resources in parallel training activities for assigned functionality and work units
• Support tracking and reporting of knowledge transfer

• 3-5 years training experience in a professional services environment
• 2+ years’ experience in contact center industry, desired
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Skills in one or more training material development tools (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Captivate, and Articulate)
• Comfortable with in-person, on-site, hands-on, and virtual web-based training sessions
• Genesys Cloud/Pure Connect Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required
