We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of marketing resources (internal and external) to accomplish the Company's marketing Strategy.  This person will work at the direction of the Marketing Strategist, and works collaboratively with Leadership and other stakeholders within the company.

Description of Duties:

  • Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events, conferences, and awards
  • Manage a backlog of work for the team, including the following areas:
    • Maintaining the eimagine, aFit, recruiting, and e3 websites
    • Creating and organizing written, graphical, and video content
    • Creating and maintaining standards for published content
    • Creating and maintaining branded Company templates
    • Creating and maintaining branded project templates
    • Creating and maintaining repository of Case Studies
    • Creating and maintaining company content for recruiting
    • Coordinating blog development with contributors
    • Creating and publishing content for recruiting, e3, sales, client awards, employee awards, etc.
    • Promoting, coordinating and documenting company social events
    • Maintaining a repository of artifacts from company events
    • Promoting the company, our clients, and our employees on social media
    • Creating, maintaining and assisting sales in email and social campaigns
    • Maintaining a process to capture leads for sales
    • Helping identify and coordinating attendance at conferences for employees and clients
    • Helping identify and submit applications for awards for employees and clients
  • Delegate work to internal and external talent, including tech writers, social media promoters, graphic artists, video content specialists, etc.
  • Perform backlog work tasks as necessary.
  • Stay current with professional marketing trends (e.g., standards, media, etc.).
  • Present at live broadcasts, company meetings, and other events.
  • Create and manage to metrics for the team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience marketing for a software service company.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and manage to the completion of project deliverables.
  • Ability to direct resources with clear, concise instructions.
  • Ability to present to Leadership Team and wider staff.
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field.
