We are seeking an Associate Business Analyst who can work with our customers and internal delivery team to ensure successful identification and implementation of requirements for our projects. The Associate Business Analyst would be responsible for defining, analyzing, validating and documenting business requirements, needs and processes. Please note we are looking for April/May 2022 graduates to fill this position. The position will begin in June 2022.

 

Description of Duties:  

  • Serves as business analyst for small to medium projects, programs or areas of effort with low to moderate complexity. 
  • Participates in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements. 
  • Responsible for analyzing specific business processes and producing detailed documentation. 
  • Capable of providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover business need. 
  • Proficient in researching technical and functional solutions to business problems. 
  • Capable of revising and recommending new and existing project requirements and process improvements. 
  • Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project milestones. 
  • Prepare and present training content to client as directed. 
  • Creation of project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, user stories, test scripts and work product validation. 
  • Assist in the development, configuration, and implementation of defined solutions when applicable.
  • Participates in prescribed Scrum ceremonies.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, documentation and presentations.  
  • Desire to work in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a Business Analyst.  
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft CRM, Visio, Microsoft Project and SharePoint.  
  • Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.  
  • Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.  
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.  
  • Willingness to obtain Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.  

Education

  • Graduating in April or May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or business administration required.
