We are seeking recent college graduates to join e3: eimagine’s business and technology consulting training program. Throughout the e3 program, associates will receive tailored training and mentorship from eimagine’s proven staff of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Platform Specialists. Our unique training also includes content, courses, and credentialing from industry recognized partners such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). At the conclusion of e3’s 16-week training program, associates will possess expanded business and technical knowledge around enterprise software and system delivery.

Please note, this full-time, salaried position is in Indianapolis, IN and we do not offer relocation assistance at this time.

 

Description of Duties:

  • Responsible for completing training modules and programs as assigned in a timely, self-directed fashion via online platforms (Pluralsight, Courseware, Netcom, Udemy, Microsoft Learn, etc.)
  • Become knowledgeable in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and apply information previously learned to new situations
  • Receptive to technical and functional coaching as provided by mentors and program leads
  • Complete tasks as assigned by mentors and program leads
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback provided throughout the program
  • Ability to interpret and apply concepts learned via training and/or mentorship sessions
  • Ability to work in a flexible and accommodating manner when program modifications arise
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn concepts associated with Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance
  • Ability to build business and technology consulting expertise that will allow the candidate to transition into a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Software Engineer or Platform Specialist role at the conclusion the program

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Desire to be a business or technical consultant.
  • Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and validating solutions.
  • Desire to pursue technical and / or functional certification (such as Microsoft, Salesforce, PMI, Scrum Alliance, etc.).
  • Proven ability to self-manage, strong desire to learn and ability complete training / project deliverables.
  • Ability to work within a team to analyze complex business problems and make decisions to create effective solutions.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related discipline required.
